配送安排︰

物流團隊派件前會電話聯絡收件人,如收件人未有接聽,派送司機會 WhatsApp 收件人預約派送時間 (工商業區除外,派送司機會在辦公時段直接派送,不會預先致電,如需派件前先電話聯絡收件人,請在訂單備註中清楚說明)。如首次派送不成功,派送司機將會聯絡收件人安排再次派送;如送貨地點為疫區、唐 樓或需要司機上樓梯搬運,必須選擇樓下地面交收;圍村地區一律只派送至最近地標位置:村口、牌坊、祠 堂或公廁。

順豐運費參考︰首 1kg= $30。其後,每0.5kg另加$6。

一般情況下,訂單會在2至3個工作天內送達。順豐智能櫃在香港各地均可使用。可以海外遞送,但不包括食品和化妝品。

7-11便利店自取/OK便利店自取/順豐站自取流程 :

1. 客人『結帳』填寫配送地址資料時,請在『新增訂單備註』填寫授權取件服務站的點碼(例如: 852M1006),在『地址』部份填寫便利店的地址,有關授權取件服務站的詳細地址資料,客人可參考以下資料。
2. 當快件到達授權取件服務站,順豐速運將會向收件人發出手機短訊通知取件。
3. 客戶取件時,必須出示順豐速運發出之確認短訊,方可取件。
4. 收件人需於通知取件短訊發出起3天內到指定7-11或 OK便利店取件,否則逾期快件將由順豐速運回收。如客戶須取回快件,請致電順豐速運客戶服務熱線 (852) 2730 0273,以便重新安排取件日期。

This is how it works:

The logistics team will contact the recipient by phone before delivery. If the recipient does not answer, the delivery driver will make an appointment with the recipient by WhatsApp (except for industrial and commercial areas, the delivery driver will directly deliver the goods during office hours without calling the recipient in advance. If you need to contact the recipient by phone before delivery, please clearly state in the order remarks). If the first delivery is unsuccessful, the delivery driver will contact the recipient to arrange another delivery. If the delivery place is the epidemic area, the tenement building or the driver needs to move up the stairs, you must choose the ground floor delivery; The enclosed village area will only be delivered to the nearest landmark location: village entrance, memorial archway, temple or public toilet.

Delivery for remote areas:

Ocean Park and the outlying islands district (cheung chau, lamma island, Po toi island, GuoZhou, suo gu ping chau, islands, kat, pylon chau, black state, etc.), Disney, discovery bay, lantau island, mui wo, bay bay, cheung chau, pond, tai o, little rock, ngong ping, oyster bay, chek lap kok, the airport and all need to apply for the area permit range are unable to send

SF Express(Local Commercial And Industrial Areas / EF Lockers / 7-11 / OK Convenience Stores Pickup)

$30 will be charged for first the kg, and $6 for every additional 0.5kg. No additional charges for delivering to residential or remote areas.

Under most circumstances, the order will arrive between 2 to 3 working days. SF Lockers are available all over Hong Kong. Overseas overseas delivery is available but excludes food and cosmetic.

Flow :

  1. When the customer fills in the delivery information at the time of “check out”, please fill in the code (Example: 852M1006) of the authorized pick up store at “Add Comments About Your Order”. Fill in the full address of the Convenience Store at “Address”.
    2. When the courier arrives at the authorized Convenience Store, SF Express will send SMS to the customer as pick up notification.
    3. To pick up the goods, customer is required to present the SMS notification sent by SF Express as verification.
    4. From the day receiving the SMS notification, recipients are required to pick up the goods from designated 7-11 or OK Convenience Stores within 3 days. SF Express will return the goods if they are not picked up. If customer needs to retrieve the courier, please contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline (852) 2730 0273 in order to re-schedule a collection date.
